United Healthcare is hiring a remote Consumer Service representative based in New Mexico. You will handle 50-70 calls daily, assisting members with benefits, eligibility and claims, while guiding them to the best plan options.
Training is extensive (up to 7 weeks) and conducted virtually from home. You’ll work full-time, Monday to Friday, with shifts 9:30am to 6:00pm CST and potential overtime. Fluency in English and Dine’ is required.
