Answer Net is seeking remote customer service representatives to handle daily inbound calls and, when needed, outbound calls using client-provided tools. You will document all interactions with accuracy and uphold company policies while delivering high-quality support.
Ideal candidates have at least one year of call center experience, a clear professional voice, and strong communication skills. A High School diploma or GED is required, along with basic computer literacy and excellent attendance.
