Inte Logix is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers nationwide. You will resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and document interactions while maintaining a customer-centered approach.
The ideal candidate has strong communication, 6+ months call center experience, and proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office. This is a full-time remote position with benefits and paid training.
