Maximus is recruiting for Bilingual Mandarin or Bilingual Cantonese Customer Service Representatives to support the New York State of Health (NYSOH) program. This remote role requires residency within 100 miles of New York, NY, and offers paid training to equip you with health plan knowledge and strong customer care skills.
As a CSR, you will assist diverse New Yorkers in understanding plans, answer questions, and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
