Minted is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a remote seasonal role (Sept–Dec 2026) to support customers across phone, email, chat, and social channels. You will navigate multi-system workflows, reference design files, and deliver elevated, personalized service without rigid scripts.
You will work with a high-end customer base, requiring empathy, problem-solving, and proactive communication, including some evenings and weekends within our seasonal schedule.
