Logix Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Services Officer (I or II) to deliver wow-level service in a remote call center environment. You will assist members with transactions, answer questions about loans and products, and resolve concerns with clear, courteous communication.
Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of retail customer service experience and a diploma. Strong verbal and written communication, basic math, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are expected.
