Customer Value Partners, Inc. is seeking a Remote Medical Support Assistant to coordinate care for Veterans with the Cheyenne VA Medical Center, while residing within 50 miles of Cheyenne, WY. The role involves scheduling, patient communication, and data entry across VA systems.
Exact hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM MST, with an 8-hour shift within business hours. Candidates must have a Public Trust clearance eligibility and at least 6 months of customer service experience.
