Location: Northern
Maximus is hiring Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Agents to support CDC INFO, the CDC’s national contact center, providing information on health topics via phone, email, and chat.
The role requires handling high-volume inquiries, acute listening and communication skills, and the ability to work 8:00 am–8:00 pm ET, Monday–Friday. This is a remote, bring-your-own-device position with a 40-hour week.
