Time Investment Company is seeking a Spanish bilingual Customer Care Representative to work from home, assisting loan holders with questions, payments, and account updates. You will welcome customers, verify information, resolve issues, and manage communications via email and text while handling outbound calls for delinquent accounts.
This role requires 2–3 years in customer service, CRM/Outlook proficiency, and flexibility to work 8am–8pm with occasional late nights and a rotating Saturday.
