Job Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (Tort Clerk) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-volume contact center operations, call handling, and multi-application navigation and a proven ability to deliver timely and accurate resolutions for inbound customer inquiries. Responsibilities:
Handle high-volume inbound calls and provide clear, concise resolutions. Navigate multiple applications and systems to research and resolve issues. Document interactions accurately and maintain required records. Perform additional tasks and support activities as requested. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of contact center customer service experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing high call volumes. Proficiency in navigating multiple applications and systems simultaneously. Preferred

Skills:

Experience supporting tort or claims-related processes. Familiarity with remote work tools and workflows. Additional Details No visa restrictions. Vaccination mandate not required.
