Maven Clinic is seeking a Senior Member Services Specialist to take on our most complex and sensitive member cases, including denials and appeals, and to support broad membership needs across time zones.
You will own cases end to end by phone and in writing, managing everyday support volume from enrollment questions to login issues, with the shifts listed in EST. Hybrid/remote work is available for eligible candidates.
