As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our brand, providing exceptional support, and ensuring our customers' satisfaction.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• PC laptop or desktop computer with 16 GB of RAM
• Two monitors (dual-screen setup)
• No Chromebooks or Macs

• Windows 11 operating system
• Hard-wired internet connection (Wi-Fi not permitted)
• Noise-cancelling headphones
