About the Opportunity
We're looking for organized, dependable professionals who enjoy creating well-managed experiences for clients and keeping important details on track.
You will support the client journey from initial planning through final confirmation. Your work will involve communication, scheduling, coordination, follow-up, and ensuring that each step is handled accurately and professionally.
This is a fully remote position with flexibility built into the role. Prior industry experience is not required, and training is provided.
What You'll Be Responsible ForYour day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Communicating with clients regarding preferences, requests, and upcoming details
- Coordinating schedules, appointments, confirmations, and service arrangements
- Keeping client records accurate, organized, and current
- Tracking follow-ups, deadlines, pending items, and changes
Providing timely updates throughout the planning process - Reviewing details carefully before arrangements are finalized
- Assisting with special requests and routine adjustments
- Communicating with service providers when additional information is needed
- Helping resolve common client concerns professionally and efficiently
- Ensuring each client receives consistent support from beginning to end
