Freedom Mortgage is seeking a Customer Success Agent to support our Call Center operations. Must be local to Jacksonville, FL and fluent in both Spanish and English, with the ability to answer customer queries and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment. You will pull loan information, provide accurate responses, and maintain confidentiality and data security.
