Key Details:

• On-site training in Framingham, MA
• Shift/Schedule vary but we will work with you to find a shift that meets your best preferences
• Pay: $22/hour

What Youll Do:

• Take calls from individuals facing emotional distress or crisis
• Listen actively, show empathy, and remain calm during intense conversations
• Help de-escalate high-stress situations and contact emergency services when needed

What You Need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a call center role, handling inbound calls
• Must have a windows PC for any work-from-home shifts
• Proficient with Google Chrome and the Microsoft Office Suite

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in mental health, crisis, or support setting
• Familiarity with de-escalation or counseling techniques
• Any supervisory or management experience in a call center environment
