Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat;
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions;
Document and track all client interactions and issues in our CRM system;
Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve complex client inquiries;
Proactively communicate with clients to ensure their needs are being met and exceeded;
Continuously improve and update knowledge of Foundant's products and services;
