About the PositionWe are looking for dependable, organized individuals to support clients with planning, reservations, communication, and general service needs in a remote environment.
As a Remote Travel Support Specialist
, you'll help keep client requests organized, provide timely updates, assist with reservation-related details, and make sure important information is handled accurately. Travel may be part of the role, but the primary focus is providing strong client support and helping the overall process run smoothly.
No previous industry experience is required. Training and ongoing guidance are provided.
What You May Handle- Responding to client questions and service requests
- Gathering preferences, dates, and important details
- Assisting with reservations, confirmations, and scheduling
- Researching options based on client needs
- Providing updates and follow-up communication
- Keeping client records organized and current
- Helping with changes, special requests, or adjustments
- Reviewing information for accuracy before plans are finalized
- Supporting basic travel-related arrangements when needed
- Helping clients understand next steps and available options
