Healthcare Call Center Representative (Non Clinical)
A busy call center is in need of call center reps - work remotely.
Assignment: make outbound calls to healthcare members, share information about recent and upcoming appointments, inform members about available programs and services, verify name and date of birth for HIPAA compliance, follow simple scripts and document calls.

this is a non clinical role. No medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment discussions.
Work Schedule (EST):
Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM - $13/hour.
Training Details: one week of training, typically 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. Full participation is required. No absences or late arrivals during training. No time off during the first 30 days after launch. After 30 days: time off requires 72 hours' notice.
Work From Home Requirements: quiet, dedicated room with a door. No background noise (children, TV, music, pets, alarms, etc.).
Technical Requirements: personal computer and internet required. Windows 11 only (no Windows 10, Mac, or Chromebook). Intel i5 / AMD A10 / Ryzen 3+. 8 GB RAM minimum. 500 GB HDD or 256 GB SSD. Internet: 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload minimum. No VPN or proxy use. Wired USB headset only. Must allow IT support for setup and troubleshooting.
