Con Serve is seeking a bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Associate to initiate first party calls on behalf of our clients from a home-based setup. The role focuses on gathering information, resolving issues, and delivering excellent service in a remote environment.
You will work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM EST to 6:00 PM EST, handle confidential data, and meet daily activity goals while staying compliant with the company's policies.
