Columbia Gas, a NiSource company, is hiring a full-time Remote Customer Service Representative in Kentucky. You will handle customer inquiries about bills, service requests, and account transfers, working from a private home office with a VPN and reliable internet.
Starting pay is $21.00 per hour, plus a $500 sign-on bonus paid in two installments. Applicants must reside within 80 miles of a Columbia Gas facility, be available 7:00 am–7:00 pm, and complete a 13-week training program.
