Hyper-Reach in Canada is seeking a Customer Success Associate to manage a portfolio of public safety and enterprise customers. This remote role involves end-to-end account ownership, renewals, and collaborating with Support, Product, and Sales to resolve issues.
You’ll work with the VP of Sales to build a customer success playbook, monitor metrics, and identify at-risk accounts. Strong communication, organization, and CRM skills (Pipedrive) are required;
SaaS experience is a plus.
