About
The Role
This role exists to serve as a professional first point of contact for callers. You will manage phone communication, scheduling, and data entry with consistent accuracy. The role is primarily asynchronous outside of live call handling, giving you structure within your daily tasks. Our team is distributed internationally, so clear, reliable communication matters. Success in this role means callers receive a smooth, professional experience every time.
What You'll Do
Answer incoming calls and respond with a consistent, professional tone.
Schedule appointments and manage calendar bookings using scheduling software.
Enter and update caller information accurately within the customer relationship management system.
Route calls appropriately using the voice over internet protocol phone system.
What We're Looking For
One to five or more years of experience in a phone-based customer service role.
Strong written English — our company works in English.
Demonstrated experience maintaining a professional tone during phone communication.
Accurate and consistent data entry skills.
Working knowledge of scheduling software and customer relationship management systems.
Experience using voice over internet protocol phone systems, including Ring Central.
