Location: Berlin Corners
Blue Cross in Berlin, VT seeks a Customer Service Representative to join our world‑class team. The role starts with an 8‑week in‑person training program at our Berlin office, followed by a 2–3 month in‑office period and then a hybrid schedule within 50 miles.
Start pay is $20.50 per hour with bonus opportunities and a strong benefits package. We value attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to resolve complex issues for our health insurance customers.
