Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and service-focused Customer Support Representative to assist clients with travel-related services. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicating clearly, and providing reliable support throughout the travel planning process.
You will work directly with clients to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure a positive experience from inquiry through travel completion.
Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online communication
Provide assistance with travel questions, reservations, and general support
Share accurate information about destinations, policies, and procedures
Maintain professional and timely communication
Follow company service standards and operational guidelines
Document interactions and updates in company systems
QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
