MCI is seeking remote Hurricane Relief Agents to assist customers during disaster response periods. The role operates from 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET with two shift options and email/text-based onboarding as needed. You will handle service inquiries, learn common requests, and improve customer experiences using our systems.
Training is provided, and the job emphasizes reliability and teamwork. Ideal candidates are energetic, motivated, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
