Work Schedule OverviewRemote to Start:
Kick off your journey with us from home! All classes and training sessions will be held remotely for 4-5 weeks.
In-Office
Experience:
Once training is complete, your role will transition to 5 days per week in-office, fostering collaboration, hands-on experience, and strong team bonds.
Hybrid Work Flexibility:
After 6 months of service, enjoy a hybrid schedule that balances in-office and remote work-3 days in-office and 2 days from home-for greater flexibility and convenience.

Position DescriptionJoin our Client as a Customer Support Representative where you'll handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries. You'll respond with accuracy and efficiency, consistently meeting key department performance metrics. Functional support areas include cash management products, online services, and general account or financial-related inquiries. Successful applicants will be highly professional, career-driven, and committed to delivering world-class service.
Key Responsibilities• Addressing incoming phone calls with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications• Preference for a College Degree or Previous Contact Center Experience.
