- Prior experience in Customer Support, BPO, Voice, Chat, or Email Support will be an added advantage
- Handle customer queries through Voice, Chat, and Email channels
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
- Accurately update customer interaction records in the system
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and compliance standards
- Laptop/Desktop with:
- Intel i5/i7 Processor or
- AMD Ryzen 5/Ryzen 7 Processor
- Minimum 8 GB RAM
- Windows 10 or above
- Stable broadband/
Wi-Fi connection with at least 50 Mbps speed - Power backup facility for uninterrupted work
