Candidates must currently reside within a reasonable commuting distance as this is a 4 days onsite position with an option to Work from home on Friday. Relocation assistance is not available.

Duration
: 24+ month contract with a high possibility of extensions

Shift: Any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM–6:00 PM CST, Monday–Friday. Available shifts are 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, or 9:30 AM–6:00 PM.

E-Commerce Customer Support Representative

Primary Duties and Responsibilites:

• Handle inbound customer/dealer calls and occasional emails regarding orders and products.
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups and issue resolution.
• Document all interactions in the case management system.

Required / Must-Have:

• Call Center experience
• 6+ months of customer service/support experience
• Researching and troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to work occasional overtime and holidays
• Reliable work history and proven dependability
• Reliable home internet and distraction-free workspace

Additional Notes:

• Training: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM for approximately 6 weeks.
• Full productivity: Expected within 3–4 months.
• Travel: Limited local travel, approximately twice a year
• Retention bonuses and pay increases are offered at 6, 12, and 24 months of employment
