Columbia Gas, a NiSource company, is seeking a full-time Remote Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support from a home office. You will handle billing inquiries, service requests, account transfers, and emergency calls with a customer-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment.
Starting pay is $21.00 per hour, plus a $500 sign-on bonus paid in two installments. Ideal candidates reside within 80 miles of a Columbia Gas facility in KY or PA, are available weekdays 7:00 am–7:00
