Location: Northern
Think Academy US is seeking a Customer Success Specialist (Mandarin Required) to support enrolled students and families remotely. This full-time contractor role focuses on responsive customer service, issue resolution, and guiding families through course scheduling and learning journeys.
You will collaborate with teaching and operations teams to improve processes, monitor student progress, and ensure an excellent family experience. Mandarin fluency is required;
English communication is essential.
