Con Serve is seeking a bilingual Spanish Customer Service Associate for a fully remote role in the United States. You will initiate first‑party calls to gather information, resolve issues, and support clients’ accounts from a home office.
Requirements include High School Diploma or GED, Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST, and fluency in Spanish and English. Prior CS experience and proficiency with Word/Excel are preferred.
