Refybeauty is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Assistant to support the team during peak season. This remote role requires an energetic problem-solver who delivers REFY-tone communications while handling multiple platforms.
Shifts are 14:00–22:00, five days a week with some weekend coverage. Training occurs in Manchester during the first week; after training, work from home with occasional travel to the office.
