Sharecare is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls from members and providers, input data, and deliver courteous service. The CSR uses a computerized system to track calls and resolve issues, with routine calls but ability to deviate when needed.
The role requires a High School Diploma, strong communication, ability to multi-task, HIPAA familiarity, and medical records experience. Bilingual Spanish-English is preferred.
