The Customer Care Representative is the frontline representative and image of MTM Health. The role handles a variety of inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities, with 60–80 calls daily and higher volumes on Mondays.
Must reside in Missouri and bring 1 year of call center experience plus 6 months of customer service. Requires basic typing, strong computer skills, and reliable high‑speed internet; a quiet home workspace is essential.
