Customer Service Representative

Monitor residential and small business alarms
Dispatch proper authorities when alarm signals are received
Contact appropriate responsible parties
Help protect customers and support ADT’s mission to save lives
Field up to 100 incoming and outgoing alarm calls per shift
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide attentive, empathetic support
Complete training and meet manager-established performance goals to qualify for hybrid work

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of six (6) months of customer service experience required
• Ability to be licensed in multiple states
• Technical aptitude
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple items at once
• Attention to detail, troubleshooting, empathy, and active listening skills
• Designated place to work from home if approved for hybrid work
• High-speed DSL, cable, or fiber internet with ability to hardwire via Ethernet
• Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload for remote work

Demonstrates strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving, attention to detail, and technical aptitude. Capable of managing multiple priorities while providing empathetic support in a fast-paced environment.
