Our client, a leading organization in the technology and customer support industry, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of the customer support department, assisting clients and colleagues alike. • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Prioritize and manage daily workload, recognizing urgency and acting accordingly to resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaborate across various functions within the organization to develop long-term solutions for customer concerns.
• Manage incoming inquiries through Salesforce mailboxes and queues, delivering timely responses.
• Execute SAP transactions such as order entry, status updates, returns, credits, debits, and quotes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• High School diploma or recognized GED equivalent.
• At least 2 years of practical customer support experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and escalade issues when necessary.
