Thompson Gas is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support growth through customer retention, acquisition, and support.
This is an onsite position in Fort Myers, FL; no hybrid/remote work is available. The candidate will handle inbound/outbound calls, data entry, and provide excellent service with a focus on upselling Thompson Gas products and services.
The role requires 3+ years of customer service experience and strong communication skills; bilingual Spanish proficiency is mandatory.
