Ascensus is seeking a remote Call Center Representative to handle customer service for account-based employee benefit plans. You will respond to participants, advisors, and plan administrators via phone, email or chat, providing explanations of benefits and processing requests.
The role includes training during the first 4–6 weeks and a scheduled shift from 11:30am to 8:00pm EST after training, with a 100% remote work arrangement.
