Maximus is hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (Vietnamese and English) to support the Health Texas Enrollment Broker project by providing customer care and enrollment services via telephone, IVR, and web portals.
These full-time, remote positions start training in October/November with call center hours 7:15 am–5:30 pm MST, Monday through Friday. Comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and ongoing professional development are offered.
