Our client, a leading organization in the technology and customer support industry, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of the customer support department, assisting clients and colleagues alike. ** 8am - 5pm, hybrid (Tues and Wed onsite, with remote work options during renovation)

** What's the Job?*
* + Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.

+ Prioritize and manage daily workload, recognizing urgency and acting accordingly to resolve issues efficiently.

+ Collaborate across various functions within the organization to develop long-term solutions for customer concerns.

+ Manage incoming inquiries through Salesforce mailboxes and queues, delivering timely responses.

+ Execute SAP transactions such as order entry, status updates, returns, credits, debits, and quotes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

** What's Needed?*
* + High School diploma or recognized GED equivalent.

+ At least 2 years of practical customer support experience.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

+ Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
