Lead Generation Specialist FUNDRIVE
Compensation: $11.50-$16.10/ hr
Location:
El Paso, Texas (Work from Home)
Supports Savers mission and vision by providing exceptional service lead generation by making outbound call inquiries to non-profits; schedule Bookings appointments and obtaining fundraising decision makers contact information. This position will serve as the initial point of contact for potential prospects for the FUNDrive org. This position will report into FUNDrive mgmt.
Essential Job Functions:
- Completes high-volume outbound calls to nonprofit organizations with the goal of securing qualified appointments for the FUNDrive team (MAs & ADMs), while creating a positive first impression for all prospective nonprofit partners.
- Clearly documents and accurately notates all call details, including contact attempts, conversation outcomes, and decision-maker information.
- Maintains data integrity by updating contact records, flagging duplicates, and ensuring nonprofit profiles contain accurate and current information.
- Communicates barriers and trends to FUNDrive leadership, including call list quality issues, contact challenges, or patterns that may impact appointment conversion.
- Demonstrates a solution-oriented approach, offering recommendations to improve processes, call list quality, and prospect engagement.
- Follows call scripts and talking points while still exercising professionalism, empathy, and adaptability during conversations.
- Uses good judgment to determine when an inquiry can be resolved on initial contact or requires escalation in order to achieve call/case resolution.
- Performs additional duties assigned to support the success and growth of the FUNDrive organization.
- Participates in one-on-one meetings, training sessions, and ongoing coaching to continuously develop calling skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.

- Ability to follow scripts while adapting to real-time conversations
- Ability to identify decision-makers and correctly capture contact details
- Resourcefulness in overcoming barriers (e.g., unreachable contacts, bad phone data)
- Some basic technical troubleshooting abilities
- Accurate data entry skills
- Computer navigation skills utilizing Internet using various browsers and other computer applications
- Resilient – ability to remain calm in adverse situations
- Collaborates effectively with FUNDrive leadership and field teams
- Shares call trends or issues to improve list quality and conversion
- Receptive to coaching and ongoing training
- Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting or exceeding metrics

Minimum Required Education, Training and
Experience:
- High School diploma, or equivalent
- Prior work in customer service in a call center environment preferred, but not required
- Background check required
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time
- The ability to communicate and understand the spoken word.
- Ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word.
- Ability to receive detailed information through verbal communication, and to make the discriminations sound.
- Ability to receive detailed information visually through written communication (both physical and electronic).
