Gainwell Technologies is hiring Call Center Representatives (Healthcare) throughout California to join our growing customer service team.

If you have call center experience, at least one year of healthcare industry experience, and enjoy helping people navigate questions and find solutions, we want to hear from you.

This is a 100% remote, full-time position. Candidates must currently reside in California.

You’ll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support while assisting members with questions about their healthcare benefits, eligibility, and available services.

• Assist members by phone with questions about healthcare benefits, eligibility, and available services.
• Deliver friendly, professional, and accurate customer service in a high-volume call center environment.
• Research member questions, resolve concerns, and help members understand their next steps.
• Accurately document customer interactions, questions, and resolutions in our systems.
• Navigate multiple systems and resources while assisting members by phone.
• Work with teammates and leadership to provide a positive and consistent customer experience.

• Must currently reside in California.
• At least two years of experience working in a call center or contact center environment where you regularly assisted customers by phone.
• At least one year of professional experience working in the healthcare industry preferred.
• Strong communication, listening, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems while assisting customers by phone.

The pay range for this position is $45,000 - $50,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
