North 40 Outfitters Home Office in Great Falls, MTis looking to hire aFull-Time Customer Service Agentto join our team.

We believe that each team member plays a vital role in the success of our company. We are looking for authentic and enthusiastic people who love our lifestyle and believe in service before self. As a Customer Service Agentat North 40, your main priority is to connect with our customers and provide each of them with an exceptional experience. You will be responsible for answering customer calls, emails, and social media inquiries.

You will also assist with online order discrepancies by responding directly to the customers and working with the store teams to correct future order issues.

This position works rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Team members also rotate weekly between opening and closing schedules.

• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently resolve customer issues and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar systems.
• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and VoIP technology.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-first mindset with a positive and empathetic approach.
• Strong active listening and relationship-building skills.

• Previous customer service, call center, or support experience preferred.

• Ability to sit for extended periods, work at a computer, and view a computer screen for up to 100% of the workday, and perform repetitive typing and keyboarding tasks.
