This field-based role serves as an extension of both the customer and the McKesson team, providing inventory management, operational support, customer service, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate thrives in a customer-facing environment, enjoys solving problems, has exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in ensuring customers have the right products available when they need them. The FSR role includes significant onsite customer support and local travel throughout the St.

Louis area.

• Serve as a trusted onsite resource for customer stakeholders and support daily operational needs.
• Build strong customer relationships and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, organize products, and help ensure the right products are available when needed.
• Assist with inventory reviews and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and product availability.

• Help resolve order discrepancies, backorders, damaged shipments, and other service-related concerns.
• Work closely with internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure timely solutions.

• Assist with customer projects, product conversions, reporting, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate activities with McKesson team members, vendors, and customer contacts as needed.

• Base Salary: $65,000 - $70,000
• 5% Annual Incentive
• Auto Program:
  Company vehicle and fuel card, or auto allowance of $668 monthly

• 2+ years of relevant experience

• Ability to travel locally within the St. Louis area 3 to 4 days a week
• Healthcare industry experience
• Customer relationship management experience
• Inventory management experience
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

This position is primarily field based, supporting customer locations throughout the St. Louis area. The role requires regular onsite work reviewing inventory, assisting customers, managing operational issues, and supporting customer initiatives. Administrative responsibilities may be completed from a home office when not onsite.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
