Join a globally recognized lifestyle brand and help deliver exceptional customer experiences! As a Customer Care Representative, you'll assist customers with orders, returns, product questions, refunds, warranty support, and general inquiries via phone, chat, email, and social media.

What You'll Do:

+ Provide friendly, professional customer support

+ Resolve order, return, and product-related inquiries

+ Assist customers with website navigation and purchases

+ Research solutions and troubleshoot issues

+ Deliver a positive customer experience in every interaction

What We're Looking For:

✔ Previous customer service experience

✔ Strong communication and typing skills

✔ Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems

✔ Basic Microsoft Office knowledge (Outlook, Word)

✔ Retail, hospitality, call center, or customer support experience is a plus

Remote Requirements:

+ Quiet, dedicated workspace

+ High-speed internet (50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload minimum)

+ Ability to hardwire via Ethernet

+ Equipment provided (Laptop, Headset & Mouse)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of San Antonio, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
