We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join a leading travel and hospitality organization's Guest Services team. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates who have prior call center or customer service experience and excel in a fast-paced environment.

Eligible States: AR, AZ, CO, FL, LA, MN, TX, and WI

Responsibilities

+ Assist customers via phone, email, and chat.

+ Process reservations, cancellations, and booking changes.

+ Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries professionally.

+ Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

+ Identify opportunities to upsell products and services when appropriate.

Schedule

Operating hours are:

+ Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM EST

+ Saturday: 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM EST

+ Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM EST

Schedules are assigned through a shift-bidding process based on training assessment results.

Requirements

Qualifications

+ Previous call center or customer service experience required.

+ Strong communication and multitasking skills.

+ Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.

+ Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
