Maximus is seeking Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (Vietnamese and English) to support the Health Texas Enrollment Broker project. This full-time, hourly role offers a fully remote arrangement with shifts within 7:15 am–5:30 pm MST, Monday–Friday. Training classes start in October and November.
Responsibilities include handling inquiries, guiding enrollees and providers, and maintaining accurate records. Must reside in Texas and be fluent in Vietnamese and English.
