Maximus is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish/English) to support the Health Texas project by delivering customer care and benefit enrollment services via telephone, IVR, and web portals. Paid training with a $1.00 per hour wage increase upon completion helps you grow from day one.
These are full-time, hybrid/remote roles. You begin onsite for Day 1 training, then may continue remotely from home. Residency in Texas and within 70 miles of El Paso is required.
