** 9:00am-5:30pm Mon-Fri  (Alternating weekday off to work Sat 9:00am-5:30pm bi-weekly)

** What's a typical day as a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative? You'll be:*
* + Providing exceptional customer service to callers regarding premier retail brands

+ Resolving customer problems via phone, escalating unresolved issues when necessary

+ Using department tools and resources to address customer needs efficiently

+ Documenting interactions and solutions in detail

+ Maintaining productivity, revenue, and quality standards

+ Communicating with courteous, professional language in all interactions

+ Collaborating within a supportive team environment

+ Creating win-win resolutions for customer challenges and professionally de-escalating issues

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* + Are local to Mason, OH (within 1 hour) and able to attend occasional onsite training and equipment pickup/drop-off

+ Have strong customer service skills and experience (call center experience preferred, but not required)

+ Possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

+ Can promptly de-escalate issues and support customer satisfaction

+ Are proficient with computers and able to learn new systems quickly

+ Have a private, distraction-free work area and reliable hard-wired internet connection (Wi-Fi not permitted)

+ Demonstrate ability to work both independently and as part of a team
