Teller – Part Time

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate banking services
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer
• Adhere to all banking regulations and security procedures
• Answer questions and address customers' banking needs
• Identify opportunities to introduce new or enhanced UCB products and services
• Safeguard bank and customer assets by adhering to established procedures
• Foster strong customer relationships through outstanding service

• 1+ years of experience in a cash handling/customer service role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
• Must be able to pass a criminal background & credit check
• This is a part-time, non-remote position

Demonstrates expertise in customer service and cash handling while adhering to banking regulations and security procedures. Capable of identifying customer needs and fostering strong relationships through effective communication and attention to detail.
